Three services we handle all year round

Corporate transport is not a tourist transfer under another name. The passenger is different, the demand for punctuality is different, and so is who answers when something shifts. These are the three scenarios most requested by companies in Alto Paraná and by those that come from abroad to operate here.

Teams travelling to events, trade fairs and conferences

When your team is exhibiting at a trade fair or attending a conference, transport has to drop off the list of problems. We handle the airport–hotel leg on arrival day, the runs between the hotel and the venue throughout the event, the evening trips if there is a closing dinner or cocktail, and the return to the airport at the end. If the group arrives in several waves — the technical staff a day early, management on the day of the event itself — we coordinate each arrival separately and bring everyone together at the destination.

Delegations: clients, suppliers, audits and plant visits

This is the most sensitive of the three, because the passenger is someone your company wants to impress. We meet the delegation at Guaraní Airport, at Foz do Iguaçu airport or at Puerto Iguazú airport, take them to the hotel and then move them according to the agenda: plant visit, office meeting, a tour of warehouses or the free trade zone, lunch, return. If you want the vehicle and driver to stay at the group's disposal for the whole day, we set it up that way, and the agenda can run late or move forward without anyone being left stranded. If the group crosses the border, we coordinate the crossing with the paperwork in order.

Retreats and team-building days

For retreats, off-site training and team-building days we take the whole group in a single vehicle, which is what gets the day off to a good start. We leave from the company or any spot you choose, drive to the estancia, the hotel or the venue, and you can keep the vehicle at your disposal for the day if there are activities in several places. We agree the return time with you when we put the service together.

Which vehicle suits your group

The whole fleet belongs to LTO. For a delegation of thirty we send the Volare V8L, which carries 30 passengers plus the driver and the guide. For a board of three, the Mercedes GLA 200 or the MG ZS, the closed, discreet vehicle that suits that kind of passenger. In between are the vans and minibuses, which is where most company services fall:

Groups of more than thirty

We cover the range of 1 to 60 passengers by combining vehicles: two Volares, or a Volare plus a Sprinter and a Foton, depending on how best to split the group. We coordinate the departures so that the group arrives together, and the company deals with a single point of contact instead of three different suppliers. If the group splits up during the day, each vehicle follows its own agenda.

Why hire us

These are the four reasons companies choose us to move their people:

• Our own fleet, not subcontracted. The vehicles belong to LTO, and so do the drivers. We know the condition of every vehicle and who we are sending. If a vehicle has to be replaced at short notice, we replace it with another one of ours.
• Paraguayan invoice. We issue a local invoice from LLEVA S.A., RUC 80072033-4, which is what your accounts department needs to book the expense without any hassle.
• Licensed operator. LTO is registered with Paraguay's National Tourism Secretariat under number 415 and with IATA under 90501143. In a tender or a formal supplier registration, that is what you will be asked for.
• Coordination throughout the service. We do not just leave you with the driver's number. An LTO coordinator follows the service from beginning to end, and that is who you message if the meeting runs over or the flight lands late.

One-off transfers or a recurring service

This page covers one-off services: next week's conference, the delegation arriving on Thursday, the retreat at the end of the month. Each one is put together and quoted separately, around the agenda for those days.

If what you need is the opposite — the same route every day, picking up and dropping off staff at fixed times — that is staff transport, a different service with its own page. It is contracted by the month, with set routes and stops, rather than per event. Many companies use us for both: the monthly staff transport contract on one side, and one-off corporate services whenever an event or a visit comes up.

How much it costs

Corporate services are quoted case by case. There is no fixed rate that works for everyone, because the price depends on how many days the service lasts, how many vehicles are involved, how many hours the driver stays at your disposal and whether there is a border crossing. An airport welcome for six executives and a four-day conference with forty people have nothing in common.

To give you a firm figure we need five things: the dates, the number of passengers, the starting point and the destination, whether the vehicle has to stay at your disposal during the day or only make the transfer, and whether the service crosses into Brazil or Argentina. With that we reply with the proposal and the vehicles assigned.

Frequently asked questions

Do you work with companies from outside Paraguay?

Yes. We work with Brazilian and Argentine companies that bring people over to operate on the Paraguayan side, and with head offices that send auditors or delegations to their subsidiaries in Alto Paraná. We coordinate in the same way, from here.

Can you meet the delegation at Foz or Puerto Iguazú airport?

Yes. We operate at the region's three airports and at Asunción's as well. Many delegations arrive through Foz do Iguaçu because it has more flights, and we bring them across to Ciudad del Este the same day.

Can the vehicle be hired for a full day?

Yes. The vehicle and driver stay at the group's disposal for the whole day, which is how plant visits and audits are usually handled. Tell us how many hours you expect and we will include them in the quote.

Do you issue invoices in the company's name?

Yes. The invoice is issued by LLEVA S.A., RUC 80072033-4, with your company's tax details. Send us your company's legal name and RUC when you confirm the service.

How far in advance should we ask?

As early as possible, especially if the service falls in a trade fair or conference week, which is when the fleet fills up. Message us as soon as you have the dates and we will reserve the vehicles.
