The rate is per vehicle and per leg, not per passenger. If four people travel, they pay Gs 300.000 between them, not Gs 300.000 each. So tell us how many of you there are and how many suitcases you have before you book: that way we send the right vehicle and the rate is fixed from the first message.

How the meeting works at AGT

Guaraní is a small airport, and that works in your favour: there is no way to get lost. Our driver waits for you in the arrivals hall and from there you walk to the vehicle together. You do not have to look for a desk, haggle on the kerb or explain to anyone where you are going.

For that to work we need two details when you book: the flight number and the expected arrival time. With those we set the driver's schedule. If the plane is late or early, message us on WhatsApp and we will rearrange it with you.

When you land, message the WhatsApp number you booked with: it tells us you are on the ground and helps the driver spot you as you come out of baggage claim.

Which vehicle you get, by group size

The fleet is our own. We do not subcontract the transfer to a third party who turns up with whatever they have: the vehicle that collects you belongs to LTO and is driven by an LTO driver. Which one we send depends on how many of you there are.

• Up to 3 passengers with light luggage: Mercedes GLA 200 or MG ZS, 3+1.
• Up to 4 passengers: Mercedes ML 350, Ford Ranger or Chevrolet S10, 4+1.
• Up to 6 passengers: Ford Explorer, 6+1, comfortable for a family with suitcases.
• Up to 10 passengers: Hyundai H1, 10+1.
• Up to 14 or 16 passengers: Maxus V90 seating 14+1 or Foton seating 16+1.
• Larger groups: Mercedes Sprinter 19+1 and Volare V8L 30+2.

Tell us how many large suitcases you have: a group returning from a shopping trip does not fit in the same car as one with a backpack each, and we would rather send the bigger vehicle than have you travel squeezed in.

Night and early-morning flights

Many flights into Guaraní land at night, which is exactly when arriving without a booked transfer gets complicated: at that hour there are fewer options at the kerb and prices go up. Arriving with the vehicle already booked takes that problem off your hands.

If your flight lands at night or in the early hours, message us as soon as you have the flight number and we will confirm the booking and the rate for that time. The sooner we confirm, the more room we have to assign a driver and vehicle.

Other destinations from Guaraní Airport

Why book with an operator on this side

Frequently asked questions

Is the rate per person or per vehicle?

Per vehicle. Gs 300.000 covers the transfer for up to 4 passengers from Guaraní Airport to Ciudad del Este, whether one person travels or four. It only changes when the group goes over that capacity.

What if my flight is delayed?

Message us on WhatsApp as soon as you know the new time and we will rearrange the transfer with the driver. The sooner you tell us, the easier it is to fit in.

Can I pay in reais or dollars?

Yes. We work with guaraníes, reais and dollars, and we settle it when we confirm the booking.

Do you issue invoices for my company?

Yes, a Paraguayan invoice issued by LLEVA S.A. Send us your billing details when you book and it is issued with the transfer. If your company moves people often, have a look at our corporate transport service as well.

Will the driver take me to the door of my hotel?

Yes, the service is door to door: from the AGT arrivals hall to the address you give us, whether it is a hotel in the centre, an apartment or a private house.

And if I land at Guaraní and want to cross to Foz do Iguaçu?

We do that too. Message us with the address in Foz and the number of passengers, and we will give you the fixed rate for that leg before you travel.
